The productive activity of the farm makes a use of modern technological equipments conserving the simplicity in line with the tradition, which has characterized till now the workings.

The development and the consolidation of the farm provides the creation of new and diversificated productive lines and that besides the same becomes attraction and means for the divulgation of the material culture of the territory among the innumerable tourists who every year visit the Cinque Terre, paying attention to the didactic aspect for the youngest people.

In the project of productive diversification of the farm next to the most important wine speech, there is the olive production , with the aim to recuperate extensive private olive groves.

Together with these two cultures there are works for the development of zones with citrus plantation, orchard, aromatic and officinal herbs , identified as the most suitable for such productions for the peculiarities which areas present (exposure, kind of ground, presence of appearing rock, water scarcity, windiness, etc...), besides the development of the apiary and the working of derived and secondary products, for example: wax.

Such diversification of cultivation is allowing the creation of new products, for increasing the raw material and its quality and for safeguarding a fantastic territory.

In the series of less important products, only for its quantity and certainly not for its quality, some of them will be worked in the recovery of the tradition, for example the perseghin , a wine left to infuse with peach leaves, a passito obtained with red grapes typical of some local cellars, peel wine, the olive oil and the citrus fruits with its derivatives for example the limoncello .

Other ones instead belong to a new ideation but they are containing the essences of this ground: cosmetics, detergents, the derivatives of the honey working.

The lemons present in the zone culture were used to conserve foods. Today they are for the greater quantity conferred to the laboratory of the Cinque Terre National Park, which buys them to obtain liquors and jams.

The saffron is the novelty of the last years, when people have understood that also our zones, even the closest ones to the sea, were adapted to cultivate this precious bulb.

The honey of acacia, chestnut, heather and honeydew obtained by the Mediterranean maquis: an almost uncontaminated environment.

In the Possaitara-Chiappella plot of land, many attractions operate: a "vine course", which illustrates to visitors the methods of cultivation developed during centuries, the evolution in the wine production, recent processes and an illustrative field of the "working cycle of bees" and its importance for the environment, prepared in the apiary and supported by the aid of the beehives to observe. It's also possible to visit the cellar and to taste the productions of the young owner Samuele - Heydi Bonanini. ermöglichen, die jedoch immer als Ziel die Nutzung der örtlichen Rohstoffe und ihrer Qualität sowie die Wahrung einer wunderschönen Landschaft haben wird.
