The productive activity of the farm makes a use of modern technological equipments conserving the simplicity, in line with the tradition, which has till now characterized the workings.
Now the farm has got and enjoys the availability of a group of grounds in resort Possaitara - Chiappella (commune of Riomaggiore) which constitute the most extensive piece of ground. While the other properties of smaller extension are in the coast of Tramonti, in resort Schiara (commune of La Spezia) and in the other zones which belong to Riomaggiore: Bargone, Casen di qui, Casen di là, Val di Serra.
This fragmentation of the productive location derives from the choice to diversify the production, reducing the factors of environmental risk and to give the opportunity to have many characterizing suspicions for the wine.
It besides makes a use of the availabilities of some cottages, handmade by stone in modest dimensions with typological characters, peculiar of the zone, restructured in the respect of the tradition, which have been equipped in line with the present hygienic - sanitary rules, to facilitate the operations of country working, as to receive the equipping and to house some phases of the business activity, for example the desiccators for the bunches of grapes destined to the production of sciacchetrà and honey separation.

The grapes working continues in the cellar situated in the historic centre of Riomaggiore, partly gained from the rock, where the wine ready for the bottling, partly in steel barrels and partly in barrique, is conserved.
A corner of the room has been equipped to conserve the testimonies of the farmer culture, for example the tools which, unchanged for centuries, have consented the work in the countries and in the cellars. So the bottles ready for the marketing are thrust in a special room air - conditioned to avoid sudden changes of temperature.
In the following years the business project provides a lot of interventions in the recovery of the territory, intended to rebuild slid terracing where to plant new vineyards, citrus fruits, aromatic officinal and fruit plants and in the recovery of some cottages to restore in their characteristic of rural productivity and to prepare for the different objectives which the farm sets.
